Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe main requirement for a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CRS) is to have a positive outgoing personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and he or she must also be customer service oriented.
CRSs need to speak with customers on the phone and in person throughout the shift so they must know how to deal with various customer related issuesThey must also be well versed when it comes to product knowledge, service, charges, pricing, and other related important information which will be related to customers whenever it is needed.
CRSs will assist in making product according to company standards, prep product, and clean when not dealing with customersOngoing training through the company is available and you will be expected to participate as new training/classes become available.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
