- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts or accessories - Take orders over the phone and process them accurately - Maintain inventory stock levels and order parts as needed - Provide information on pricing, availability, and product specifications - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track orders and inventory - Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs - Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for parts and supplies - Communicate effectively with team members and customers Skills:
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred - Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficient in using computer systems and CMMS software - Ability to negotiate prices with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment - Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology If you are a motivated individual with a passion for automotive parts and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
