Experience:
panel saw operation, parts cutting, grain matching, and experience operating wood mill CNC machinery.
Sets up and operates CNC woodworking machines to fabricate parts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
Studies blueprints or drawings of parts and plans sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed.
Sets up and operates CNC woodworking machines to cut and shape parts from wood stock.

Education and/or
Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Desired skills Experience with hand measuring tools, tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines.
Operate, maintain CNC Machinery 1-3 years of experience.
Understanding of machinery and machine shop practices.
Knowledge of basic inspection tools to check parts.
