Responsibilities:
(Include but not limited to) Meal prep Timely meal deliveries to residents Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen & dining room Positively interact with residents, staff, and guests Comply with Company, Local, State, and Federal guidelines for Food Safety and Food Handling Supervise staff in the day-to-day operation of the Dietary Department Orient new staff and participate in recruitment and selection of dietary staff Skills:
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills Team player with a positive attitude toward the elderly Ability to work independently and remain motivated Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Qualifications:
ServSafe Level 2 Certification is required Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is a plus Previous scheduling experience is required Previous experience in a Chef leadership role is preferred Previous experience with Point Click Care - Tray Cards is a plus.
